Why did I decide to join the elite community of Nationally Certified Quilt Judges, and what was my journey?

As a candidate, I have a long and rigorous road ahead of me, but the path has been a joyful one, and I would love to share with your guild what I have learned about this course and how it will benefit the quilting community I encounter as a judge and instructor.

This is a 1-hour lecture that includes hands-on and visual images to share my knowledge of the journey of a quilt judge and how this knowledge will encourage and support, not only the novice quilter who quilts for the joy of each stitch, but also the competitive quilter who has visions of blue ribbons.
